Looking to buy a robot

So here's the deal looking to buy a battle robot that is capable of running over grass at about 15 to 20 miles per hour needs to weigh around 20 to 25 pounds minimum heavier is ok. It does not need to have any weapons it simply needs to be controlled by a basic forward backwards left right handout we will be mounting this to the bottom of a tackling dummy to use during football practice. We are looking to spend between 500 and 800 dollars.
