I would not recommend getting everything off of eBay if you don't know what you're looking for. Many listings don't have accurate information, often have ludicrously long shipping times, and often mislabel their parts.
Of note:
You don't seem to have a radio selected, just the receiver
You have no drive ESC
You have no gearing on the drive motors
You have no weapon ESC(You just have a BEC listed, or Battery Eliminator Circuit. Its useless for controlling motors)
The battery is too big for what little current it offers, and doesn't give a C rating(Vital in determining the safe amount of current that can be sourced from the battery)
I made this list awhile back. Its a basic beetleweight and the costs are in USD, but it should give you an idea for getting a bare minimum product going.
Two Kitbots 1000 RPM gearmotors: 26 USD(30 with hardening)
Two Vextrollers: 20 USD
BEC: As low as 3 USD
Pair of Snapwheels and Snaphubs: Roughly 12 USD depending on wheel size
3S 850mha 20C battery: About 7-20 USD depending on brand
Six channel Hobbyking radio: 28 USD(Around 30 with programing cable)
Cost with out hardware: Around 100 dollars depending on how much quality you want. This is assuming you have all the tools necessary already, and not counting hardware(May add 50 to 60 dollars).
