Wanted: CAD file for balanced single-tooth "Snail" drum (Weta kit)

Hello friends,

I'm new to the Robotic Combat game, so most of my building and CAD skills leave much to be desired. Though I have access to Solid Works, time is a big enemy at the moment and I simply don't have a couple weeks to spare to learn the ins and outs of the software.

However, what I DO have...is cash.
I don't really know what the going rate would be for such a specific (and probably unusual) request, but I'm sure we could come to an agreement of some sort.
