You can always go to the PCT SWORD events they usually have. They run a whacky point system format where you get to fight 3 3-way matches.

Yeah, I gotta add more screws to lock up the clutch more. I was having issues with the gear box earlier and it took a few times to get the gears working again.

After competing in the Barn Battles sumo with a half-assed Beetleweight, I'm going to take a crack at making a Mantisweight. Since this is my first "big" robot, it's just going to be a 2 wheel drive version of my old wedge ant Bob Saget. While I have the design in mind, what's really important for me is what components I want to use.

What are the most commonly used ESCs for Mantisweights and what drive motors and drive wheels are essential for pushing/wedginess?

Anybody have the results to post to Botrank?

As long as they fit into their designated weight classes, there shouldn't be any issues.

We can still have the event with only 10 bots, can't we?

You may as well enter it. We need more bots competing.

Barn Battles is a fun event. Aside from the fighting, they got animal pens, food stands, some motocross and the usual carnival fun and games on the other side. Hope to see you there.  :D

33+ robots in a weight class = Single elimination

Are the ants and beetles still running single or double elimination?
